THE IFE' WAY |
![]() Ifé Moore (E-Fay) A brilliant mind, a creative fusion, a talented ingénue; Ife' Moore is both a dynamite prowess and a triple force not to be reckoned with. She is ambitious, incredibly humble, passionate about her craft and has taken the entertainment industry by storm. Born in Camden, NJ; Ife’ is the youngest of six and the product of a phenomenal woman in her mother who single- handedly raised her children in a home where responsibility and commitment were instilled in her children on a daily basis. With the passion of an artist and the dedication of an athlete, after graduating from East Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte NC, Moore studied Mass Communication at Shaw University where she attended on a track and field scholarship. While in undergrad, it was obvious that her long legs and striking beauty would soon parlay from physical attributes in which she merely admired to an instrument of professionalism. After being approached by a talent scout from John Robert Powers, Moore traveled to Milan where she spent a year expanding her international modeling portfolio. While there, she secured go-sees with internationally known fashion designers, worked as a commercial model and learned a laundry list of invaluable life lessons such as believing and recognizing the power of self. Be it a credit to her upbringing or her innate ability to succeed; Moore rebounded from her experiences in Europe with a fierce sense of determination. Upon returning stateside, she parlayed her acoustic ability and educational background into her first radio gig as an on-air personality at K97.5 in Raleigh, NC. Moore was a hit and viewers raved about the "mellifluous alto" who was clearly superseding their expectations and taking to their airwaves by storm. Her relationship with the "mic" coupled with her obvious knack for entertaining and captivating her audience has taken her from pop to urban to soul stations such as Charlotte-based V101.9, 96.1 The Beat and Q92.7 to name a few. In 2006, Ife' joined The People's Station, Q92.7 where she was not only the Music Director but, a producer for "The Monique Show" and most impressively; the host of her own show which aired nightly called "Moments in Love with Ife' Moore." Ife's infectious and spunky personality landed her right where she had always wanted; she was an on-air favorite and a fixture in the Charlotte social scene. Moore's likeness was in demand as she began hosting parties at events such as The CIAA Tournament and opening up for celebrities such as Mike Epps. She has interviewed countless R&B artists such as Anthony Hamilton, Rapheal Saadiq, Musiq Soulchild and reality TV starlets such as Lisa Wu Hartwell. Her record speaks for itself and once you encounter her you'll see why they ask for her by name... Ife' Moore. |
